I’ve no idea where my proclivity for quotes is coming from lately, but here’s another that struck me. And rather than lay it all out for you, I thought it might be better to provide the quote sans author.
Who do you think said this?
Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. I’m convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. Don’t settle [for less]. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.
“hits you in the head with a brick …”
I’m going to guess the Katzenjammer Kids.
Hans or Fritz? Oh wait. I mean, no. 😉
I am so cheating on this but I had to go check – Steve Jobs.
And you know what I liked even more about this quotation? He walks the walk. Great food for thought!
Winner! I mean, cheater! I mean, winner! Nice job, Deannie. I didn’t claim this to be a closed book test. 😉
The quote is so true… You have to have passion to make it through…
